Liam serves as the company’s Investment Analyst, supporting the firm’s new deal underwriting, portfolio analysis, and growth strategies.
Liam is a 2018 graduate of Virginia Military Institute and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Mark serves as the company’s General Counsel, where he oversees all legal, compliance, and risk management functions for the firm.
Mark is a 1997 graduate of the University of Hawaii and received his Juris Doctorate in 2000 from William and Mary, Order of the Coif.
Rhiannon has direct oversight of all company administrative functions, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
Nicole manages corporate accounting, audits, and portfolio analysis for the company. She is also responsible for asset management and risk mitigation across the portfolio.
Nicole is a 2003 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in Marketing, and has two decades of experience in hotel operations.
Gabriel manages the execution of all company construction projects. He has direct oversight of project budgeting, scheduling, and execution. In addition, he supports all major capital expenditure projects for the firm’s portfolio.
Gabe is a 2014 graduate of Hampden Sydney College.
Banning is responsible for the company’s investment strategy, including capital formation and underwriting for all company-led projects. She also leads the firm’s asset management functions, with a focus on portfolio analysis and risk management.
Banning is a 2019 graduate of the University of Virginia’s Batten School of Leadership & Public Policy. Banning currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Sugar Plum Bakery.
Doug leads all development & acquisition initiatives for the company. He has direct oversight for site selection analysis, project entitlements, and brand engagement.
Doug is a 2004 graduate of the College of William & Mary. Doug is also the founder of the River Ellis Foundation.
Tim oversees all aspects of the company and directs the execution of the firm’s strategic growth initiatives, capital formation, banking, finance, and brand relationships.
Tim is an honors graduate of the University of Virginia and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Norfolk Academy. He is a former board member of Westminster-Canterbury, Boys and Girls Club, Sugar Plum Bakery, and the United Way Foundation.
Chris founded the company in 1999. Today, he focuses on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and organizational structure. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Norfolk Academy, The Billfish Foundation, and The Perry Family Foundation, and is a member of the Towne Bank Board of Directors.
